Love this machine!!

I have had my ice maker for a while now and I absolutely love it. I don't think I can go back to life without the good ice. My machine started acting funny, but the helpful service person I am talking to instructed me on things I could try. Unfortunately these things did not work for me, but my service guy is sending me a new machine so I can keep making my good ice.

Stopped working

For as much as I paid for this u would think that it would work.....well the 1st day it worked then come the 2nd day ..starts making this horrible noise and just stops..then got it to work again only to run the water and then say the ice is full and the water needs to be filled..I emailed them but no answer..really wished it worked.

Sonic ice in my kitchen!!

I did a good bit if research before settling on this New Air product. The New Air Nugget ice maker is compact, makes more ice than we need and came at an affordable price with a one year warranty. I am very happy with the performance.

We love this nugget ice machine it puts out 40 lbs of ice . It’s small and fits table top . Love love love this product !

My husband bought me this as a gift because he knows I love nugget ice best gift it’s small enough to fit on the counter and makes ice fast and keeps up with our family of 6!

great ice machine

bought ice machine October 2020 love it makes the best nugget ice, and lots of it
about 2 weeks ago started making ice slow and not enough, got a hold of customer service
and they are taking care of it, newair is a great company would highly recommend them and the ice nugget ice machine.

Breaks within a few months

I'm on my second machine! Both times they've lasted about two months. The first one, the pump just gave out. The second one, is already having pump issues and squealing
