Newair Nugget Icemaker

Bought this for a Christmas gift for my wife. Icemaker makes great ice (sonic ice). It’s a little noisy is the only reason I’m giving it 4 stars. It stopped working and customer service was great in getting me a new one sent. I hope this one last longer than 4 months. No complaints other than the noise. It does what it is designed to do.

Great Customer service and ice maker

We have loved our ice maker. I put it on the counter in my pantry and that way I can close the door while it’s running to help with the noise. Unfortunately our ice maker stopped working 8 months after we started using it. Customer service was great. Gabby arranged to have a replacement out to us. Can’t wait to keep enjoying the awesome ice & Convenience this machine brings our family.

We all Love it

I Received this ice maker from my kids at Christmas. Everyone loves the perfect nugget ice that it produces in a very short time frame. I had an issue with my unit and they resolved it quickly and replaced the faulty unit.

So fast!, So crunchy

I loved how fast the machine produced ice! It unfortunately did not continue to produce ice after the bin had melted. The ice had an excellent crunch! Nugget ice is the best! I just wish it was cleaner. The customer service has been exceptional, very friendly and caring.

Awesome ice Maker

Bought this for my wife for Christmas she loves the nugget ice because she chews it all day long to get her daily water intake makes lots of ice and the customer service has been excellent we had an issue and the resolved it right away!

The perfect Nugget Ice Maker!

I bought this Ice Maker in November of 2020 and we use it pretty much every day!
It runs quietly and makes lots of clear nuggets of ice, love it!
I would recommend this product.

Exactly as described

This was a Christmas present for my family. My teenage girls always raved about the nugget ice at certain restaurants compared to others. I saw this and thought it would be perfect. It is simple to operate, no hassle. We actually took it with us for a weekend getaway and it was perfect. It is a little louder than I would hope, but I don’t think you can make a quiet nugget ice maker.
