I absolutely love my NewAir Nugget Ice Maker. Its compact and sleek and fits right on our countertop. My customers love the nugget ice in their drinks. I love it just to snack on. I'm saving up to purchase a second one.

Love the ice!!!

This is a great unit and a valuable part of our family. :) The ice it produces is great and it always seems that we are having to refill with water as everyone can't get enough of it.

I bought this ice maker about 4 months ago. It was packaged well and easy to unbox. I really like the self-clean feature and we ALL love the nugget ice. Would definitely recommend this ice maker!

Love this ice maker, lots of output!

I have really enjoyed this ice maker. I leave it next to my kitchen sink on the counter for easy access to drain it between cycles and add more water easily. It does want you to run the cleaning process between uses but if you run the cleaning cycle once a week you shouldn't have issues. I only gave it a four star rating instead of a five star because I have had two replacement units sent to me. They DO stand by their products and I love that it's a no hassle deal when something does go wrong. This model initially had issues with the sensors failing but now that it's corrected and I'm on my third unit, I am as happy as when I first got it. The ice is very much like "Sonic" ice and I drink so much more flavored teas now that I have this ice maker. I love being able to bag up the ice ahead of time and store it in my deep freeze so that once the weekend comes I don't have to go buy bags for the trips to the lake and to the ball field! It's a mighty little machine! You will love it!

The best ice at the campground

We bought it for our RV and now the whole family enjoys soft, crunchy nugget ice at the campgrounds wherever we go. Other people come by and want one also. Love it
