Awesome nugget ice!

This ice maker is exactly what I was looking for. It makes a large batch of ice with just one fill of water. My friends and family enjoy the nuggets, too. If you are looking for good ice nuggets, similar to what a hospital has, this is for you!

Oh my goodness, I LOVE this machine and the customer service is on point!!! I received my ice maker for Christmas 2020 and had an issue. This company helped me out without any hassle and I look forward to using my ice maker every day. Would recommend any day of the week!!!

Two Broken Units So Far, Good Customer Service

We are about to get our third unit in three months. We bought one on Christmas Eve that arrived broken. That happens sometimes. The replacement only worked a few times and then the sensor failed. Hoping the third one works out. The customer service to replace these units has been great. The ice was good the few times we could get it.

Great Ice!

Our refrigerator ice maker has always been slow to make ice, so we decided to look for a counter top ice maker to help with ice production. Knowing we have always loved chewable nugget ice, we decide to give the NewAir Nugget Ice Maker a try. After a couple of months we are loving our nugget ice and only ice our NewAir Nugget Ice Maker for ice. Makes ice fairly quickly. Only con at this time is the ice maker is a little noisy due to the ice making process for the nugget ice. Well worth it in the end. Have also had to call customer service for help, Miquel was very polite and helpful and had my issue resolved within a few minutes.

Great customer service

I bought this ice maker for Christmas for my husband. We loved it ! Unfortunately we had issues early on with a sensor but they sent me a new one to replace it right away. Quick and easy and understanding.

“Munching” kind of ice

The ice maker I currently have would be my second one and soon, I’ll have a third one. Even though I’m obviously not having good luck with the ice maker I thoroughly enjoy eating the ice. It’s the good kind of ice that you just can’t quit munching on. I’m looking forward to receiving my third machine because I miss the ice. I haven’t had any in a few days and I so miss it. I love the ice this machine makes!
