So far its great!

We purchased 2 different ice makers from different manufacturers and had to return them both because they only worked about a month. Not sure why, but they just quit filling. We've had our Newair for about 2-3 weeks and so far it's doing great. We DO use spring or distilled water and the ice is perfect. It keeps up with our family fine. My wife is a big "ice chewer" and this is SO much easier on her teeth. Hopefully things keep working well but we are pleased so far.

Nugget Ice Maker

I have been trying out the nugget ice maker for a couple of weeks now and while we do love it, it took several rounds of making ice to get a clean batch with no black particles in it. I’m thinking it might be from the filter? Anyways, ever since we got it working right we do love it. It is very loud but we only run it about once a week since it’s been so cold outside. It will come in handy in the summer time.

Great Customer Service

I bought the nugget ice maker a few months ago and less than 2 months in started having issues with it. I contacted customer service, described my issue and they were quickly able to diagnos the problem and resolve the issue. It meant a brand new machine needed to be shipped to me, but it was quick. I thought I was going to have to pay shipping for the new machine and the return of the old machine, but not the case, they waived the shipping costs. Overall, we are happy with our ice maker, but really appreciate the great customer service.

"Sonic" Ice!

I received my ice maker as a House Warming gift as I used to go to Sonic every day for my Iced Tea, because I love their ice. Now no more Sonic!!!, My guests are so thrilled they all ask for the Make and Model # of this wonderful Machine

Love the ice

We love Sonic ice, but our old ice machine that went out made the cubed ice, but the Newair Ice Machine makes ice that is so close to Sonic ice it is amazing. We love it and it is so easy to operate

I’ve had this ice maker for a few weeks now and it’s fantastic. Very easy to use right out of the box! Just fill with water and turn it on!
