Good but not great

The range performs well, however it scratches easily and there is a high pitched hum that comes from the front electrical panel that disappears only when you open the oven door. This tends to be very annoying.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Features

Have only had the range for less than a week so I haven't yet used every feature. One I never even realized it has is a "Warm" oven setting. This is great for those who want to warm up leftovers and who might not like using the microwave for certain foods or for any foods at all. Of course you leave it in the oven longer than the microwave but not TOO long AND you can put it on a ceramic plate since the temperature doesn't get hot enough to damage or break the ceramic. You do not set the temperature for the WARM setting. It automatically knows the perfect temperature.
Another feature I wanted, but haven't yet tried is the AIR FRY feature. I'll be back to modify my review if necessary but I assume it too will be great. It has all the features I wanted.

This is a real piece of garbage

I'm on the second defective oven they've sent. Both had issues with the warning drawer being crooked. The LEDs are not evenly back lit making the display look jankie. The steam cycle doesn't work on either range, it heats up once then goes idle for the remainder, leaving a pool of water in the bottom. The broiler comes on during the bake cycle and burns food on the top rack. All the materials are light and flimsy. Overall the quality is much worse than the 4 year old builder grade GE they replaced. Highly disappointed in this one.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice but has some safety and cosmetic issues

Been a fan of GE for decades. Reliable and easy to get parts when needed.
This particular model oven suffers from a few problems. Burner knobs can too easily be turned on. On three occasions I leaned against the stove and accidentally turned the burner on. Thankfully there are no children in my home. The brushed stainless steel trim in front of the burner iron grates are very susceptible to scratching when cleaning especially if the grates touch it when you are placing the grates back into position. The three grates are two different sizes making it easy to miss-place the center grate. I expected more from GE's premium line
