Received my brand new oven and within two months it quit working. Almost two months later and still no parts from GE.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great stove but needs internet to work!

I love the stovetop. The center griddle is wonderful and easy to clean. It is a fun easy stove to work BUT the air fryer wouldn’t work without an internet connection. We put the stove at our Fishcamp. There is NO INTERNET in the swamps of Florida. Why did two features need internet?! We were not told when buying the oven. It was a MAJOR hassle to get the stove to work and we were told it only needed internet once. Three days later it needed an update. Seriously?

When it comes to the air fry mode needing internet, this is due to some of our models being manufactured without these features. However, by connecting and downloading updates, we are able to add these cooking modes to models that didn't have them. Thank you again for sharing.

Like the control on burners.( simmer)Very attractive stove. However, the stove top scratches very easily. You must be very careful when replacing grates. Why do you not supply owners manual for quick reference rather than having to rely on website?

I love almost everything about my new GE profile range. What I can’t stand is the connectivity. I have tried and tried, but it is impossible to set up. I wish they had not made this so complicated!

WiFi enabled range.

We used to have GE Profile Gas Range for 17 years. Recently replace it with a new Profile. Better quality range with advance feature such as WiFi. You cannot use, for example Conv. Roast without connecting the range to WiFi. I strongly believe that it is redundant and not convenient to have WiFi on appliances.
