My first GE appliances is a failiure

Yes our family has been a loyal customer of GE products for decades. We just renovated our kitchen with all new GE Profile appliances (4) and have not gotten one manual or pamphlet so we can review all the features. We are in our70’s and are not computer savvy. Pamphlets and or manuals would have been very helpful. So we are very dissatisfied with the GE Company for not taking into consideration the older generation

Waited 7 months to get our range and after 3 weeks having the oven stopped working. Now our parts are on back order pathetic. Would never recommend a GE product ever again.

Great range. I love how it connects to microwave. I find it is hard to clean range top and the grates scratch stainless steel top of range.

Love everything about this GE Range. Just was suggestion., if you could replace the stainless steel top with a black top to prevent scratching, it would be a much better range to clean and to maintain, and to last longer scratch free.

Very nice range. Comes with griddle for the center oval burner. I’m excited that it has convection and air fryer option. However, it does not include fryer basket and the oven light is not very bright. It’s easy to clean, the oven is large, it’s easy to program, and it has a drawer that I can store cookie sheets, broiler and pizza pans.
I would recommend this to a friend!
