We Replaced our old GE Profile from over 20 years ago, and WOW what an improvement hope this lasts like the old stove.

I absolutely am in love with this range. I had my old GE range about 13 years and needed an upgrade. The burners are amazing and the oven is fabulous for bread baking.

Had a freestanding stove in a house we purchased and it had cutout for a slide in so wanted the good look of something that fit. We had a GE 5 burner with griddle and the door was wonky and bent? This oven has a nice, tight seal and the convection heats up fast and works well. I bake and the temperature is right on. I liked the fact that this one was stainless on top rather than black and had a griddle you could opt to use or not. I have been a professional chef for over 30 years and had to have something that was pretty close to what I have been used to cooking on. For the price I think this is a nice stove.

Stove top scratches extremely easy. Like the large knobs. Timer sound is not loud enough. Operation panel easy to use. Awlfully large knob for an oven light.

Good for cooking, when it works

We love the flexibility in temp from the burners and the oven is far better than our previous GE gas range. Things cook much more evenly in all the settings. However, there was a serious electrical short under the range top near the burners, it's taken a long time to get parts, and now the LED screen won't turn off. It's still not fixed and it's been almost 4 weeks. We had only had it two weeks when it shorted out.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love our new gas range. We had a gas range prior to hurricane Katrina in 2005. switched to electric because we weren’t certain the city was going to restore gas. Can’t believe we waited so
