Great range

So far I have been pleased with this GE profile. I love the flat surface which makes moving around heavy cookware easy. And the large griddle in the middle is amazing for cooking large items like bacon, vegetables, or pancakes. The high output burner can boil water in no time.

This range is as close to a professional stove as you can get for this price and size. I no longer have to cook everything on high, I have the entire range of temperatures that makes for even cooking for everything. I also love the look and functionality of the control panel.
