I love quick cooking with gas. The burners offer options for speed and size. Oven can be slow to preheat and a bit noisy.

Awesome stove 1 minor problem

We LOVE this stove. From the looks of it to all the features and wifi capability. Our one issue has been the alarm/beeper. It is very low and sometimes we don't hear it go off if we are in another room. If we have our phone we get a notification.. but would still like to have a loud alarm. We have the volume set to high and I would call it low to medium..

Excellent Range

This slide in gas range was a wonderful exchange for my electric range. I did have to run a gas line to my kitchen and swap out the 240v for 120v AC, but overall very satisfied with the range itself. The only downside I see is something you'd deal with on any gas range and that's more clean up. Every night we have to take up the grates to clean and is more of a workload than our old glass top electric range.
Pros:
- 21K and 18K burners heat extremely quickly and evenly
-21K burner can dial down to a small burner for lower temps and smaller pots/pans
-oven has auto off when used with cooking timers or probe timers
-Oven has regular bake, convection bake, broil (top), convection roast (broiler and bottom alternate), and warming features
-remote enable allows me to be sitting in another room and know when the oven has come to temp or when it has stopped cooking and shut off
-detachable grill/griddle is a wonderful add on
-middle console still has burner grates if you want to use it as a 5th burner instead of grill griddle

Cons:
-Clean up, but I cannot stress this enough: you will have more cleaning no matter what gas range you have.
-weight of grill/griddle is hefty so moving it around to clean can be a pain
-oven light is fairly dim
-with extra large pans (greater than 12 inches), spacing can be difficult

Overall it is a powerhouse range with tremendous features for an at home cook. I would suggest this to anyone.

I absolutely love this range’s versatility and features. It has everything needed for an armature cook to an experienced chef. I particularly love the different baking presets. The only thing I don’t like about it is that it is not a true slide in range and has a gap on either side

So far I have been pleased with this GE profile. I love the flat surface which makes moving around heavy cookware easy. And the large griddle in the middle is amazing for cooking large items like bacon, vegetables, or pancakes. The high output burner can boil water in no time.
