[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Air fryer doesn’t work - like is not hot. How could it work with no preheat?
I would recommend this to a friend!

GE Profile™ 30" Smart Slide-In Oven
on October 23, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have only had the oven for a week but so far it’s been great. The oven and burners are much more efficient than our previous 30yr old oven. The center burners work great for grilled cheese. Have not tried the air frier or convection. The controls are easy to use although the timer does not show that it’s set or a count down timer. Love the finish as it’s easy to clean and doesn’t show finger prints like our old oven.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the chunky look of a gas range.

My motivation to go gas is I can cook if the electric goes out during a hurricane. I am enjoying my new gas range. Appreciate the burner configuration; while it is a 5 burner stove but for practical purposes it is a 7 burner. I am disappointed to realize I cannot use the air fryer or convection bake because I am not interested in WIFI control.

Finally registering after 2 years. It has been great stove. Only wish I was a better cook to fully use the stove. There should be better legacy instruction for Seniors. Finally hoping to use the AirFry feature but apparently have download an app to my computer.

Great appliance!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is the second time purchasing the same oven. I love it . I’m an avid cook and this meets my every need. Great flame control with the knobs. One is able to simply simmer without burning a delicate sauce or can speedily heat to the boiling point. I moved k to an another home less than a year ago so left my first GE profile in my other home. This house I moved into had a 1 year old oven . It was not an inexpensive one but it didn’t compare to my GE profile. The precision controls make all the difference !! I’m thrilled to own another great GE product.

So far we like it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We’ve only had this stove for a few days so not sure how helpful this will be to future purchasers.
We replaced a 25-30 yr old Jenn-air dual fuel double oven stove with this model. I know that reality is that nothing is as well made as they used to be but so far we are pleased with this particular model.
It took me a while to find the switch for the oven light, if you’re looking for it too it’s the knob to the left of the oven control panel. Weird but it works.
One major bummer for me is the quality of the oven racks and the lack of telescoping rack. I usually store my 2 Dutch ovens in the oven because I have limited space for them but when I put both in the oven rack it started bowing so I don’t feel comfortable storing them in there. Another thing is that the racks do not smoothly pull out or back in so this can be a problem when dealing with delicate baked goods or full pans because it causes them to jostle around a bit.
I bake sourdough breads and though I’m still working on perfecting the big belly with the lifted ear the true convection bake option could be my new favorite thing. I’ve baked two loaves so far and the rise was amazing and it l they were evenly golden brown. I did both open baked and not in the Dutch oven. I’ll try that next.
I will say this stove works like the Jenn-air did years ago. That was a great stove too but you can’t buy parts for it anymore. It’s been years since I’ve had a gas oven but I have always preferred gas over electric so I’m happy to have it back.
Another feature that I’m not sure about is the WiFi connect. I have it connected but am not sure if I’ll use it much. I guess I’ll find out in time.
So far the stainless steel seems to be easy to clean up too. I like a clean stove top and oven so may need to get some protective covers in time. I’m excited about the steam clean too. I hope the steam does not affect the control panel longevity if longevity is a real thing anymore.
All in all I’m happy with this stove and we got a nice deal on it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We appreciate your detailed feedback regarding your new range and are glad to hear you are happy with some of the features that come with your appliance. We would be happy to provide some guidance to help with some of your concerns. Regarding the racks, the oven racks are designed with stop-locks so that when they are placed correctly on the shelf (rack) support, they will stop before coming completely out of the oven and will not tilt when removing food or when placing food on them. We have a article on our website titled "Range & Wall Oven - Removing Oven Rack" that will have more information and details about this that we will link below. https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=18981. IF the racks are hard to remove we also have this article titled "Range & Wall Oven - Solution to Oven Racks Sticking" that we will lonk here as well. https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=18673. Regarding the WIFI. There are many perks to having this feature. We have an article that goes more in depth about this titled "U+ Connect Benefits for Smart Appliances" that we will link below. https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=37389 It is normal to see steam or vapor coming from the oven vent when baking, roasting, convection baking, convection roasting or broiling. We have an article that explains this in detail titled “Range & Wall Oven - Steam or Smoke Near Control Panel" that we will link here- https://products.geappliances.com/appliance/gea-support-search-content?contentId=19303
