Disappointing

I like the look of the range, and the way it cooks, but the odor that still comes out of it when using the broiler or baking mode is nauseating. We had to leave the house last night until it dissipated. Burning eyes and the unbearable smell. I plan to call GE when they open on Monday. Very disappointing. The installers put set the timer on bake for me before they left, so it would "burn off" the initial smell for about an hour. It did not work. Nauseating. Too hot outside to open windows. I would not recommend this range.

We want to help out with the odor you are noticing. It can be normal to notice smoke or odor the first time the oven is used. This is caused by the heating of new parts, insulating materials, or the tape used in shipping. The smoke or odor should dissipate after the first few uses.

Great Oven, Cooks very evenly, heats up very quickly and plenty of space to bake. The air fry option works extremely well. It has met all of our requirements and exceeded them! I recommend this oven.

everything about this oven is perfect. the burners are great and the inside is awesome. it is so easy to clean & the controls make it easy to work with. the finish on the GE profile appliances is stunning. the size fit perfectly into our space.

Would have given 5 stars but they sync between the range and microwave doesn’t work . The two appliances are paired and Chef connect is on but still the syncing doesn’t work

Love my GE Profile Range! The oven is very large which allows me to bake several things simultaneously! The burners are versatile and powerful. Love the griddle and power burner that makes cooking meals much faster. The controls are easy to read and operate. Definitely recommend!!!
