First stove not great, hoping second is better

Have been dying to get this stove. Came in, had it installed, there's something off with the oven dimensions. The oven racks don't slide in and out, they're scraping up the sides of the oven, and it (oven racks) are pitched downward slightly. The stove top itself is level, checked several times, but the oven pitches downward a bit--enough that when I put in a casserole it slid out and almost fell out of the oven. If I level the range to have the oven level, then the stove top is off. Ordered a replacement. Praying that the replacement is perfect. For this price point, it should be.

This product is a heavy duty Range. We just installed it today and learning how to use program and use it. We have always bought GE Profile appliances with no regret.

Very nice range

Have not had the range for long, but so far I would rate it as excellent. Fit and finish is very nice, controls are laid out well and the oven heats up quite quickly. The burners are very functional from rapid boil down to low simmer. The only "cons"so far are that the temperature probe reads a bit low as compared with my Thermapen digital thermometer and the stove-top griddle is poor quality and extremely rough.
I would recommend this to a friend!

To ensure the probe is measuring the temperature correctly, we recommend inserting the probe so that the tip of the probe is resting in the center of the thickest part of the food.
