Good oven, but sits too high above countertop

I do like this oven for all the features it has and it was an upgrade from my previous oven, but I am not happy about how high it sits above my countertops. The people who installed it said their are blocks on the bottom that can’t be removed so many people have this issue. I’ve seen so many pictures of people who have the metal part of the stove flush with the tops of their countertops and mine sits so much higher that it sticks out and isn’t as sleek as I was expecting.

Great looks and functionality. Wifi integration. is great when you step away during cooking process or pre heat. Burners and controls are easy to use/clean. Oven works great.

First day, has many options, that my old one didn't have. Sleek and modern. I personally love the removable griddle/grill option. Looks very easy to clean the stove top and the oven has a steam clean function. Also, the app function is amazing.
