Just okay, with an annoying bug.

The main functions, cooking food, works well. However, after only having it for less than 1.5 years, the alert stopped sounding. So, there’s no audible notification when the oven is preheated or when the timer is up.

We're happy to hear that the range is working well for you. If you are not hearing anything we recommend connecting your range to WIFI and use the SMARTHQ app to update your range and attempt to adjust the volume through the app. We hope this helps.

Excellent Range. My only gripe is how easy it is to get scratches on some of the steel surfaces and need to clean the burner area more often than I would like - but those are small complaints comparef to how nice this range is

Great Features, Looks Great and Works Very Well

So far we love it even though it's only been a few weeks. Wifi Set up was easy and smooth with the Smart HQ app. The range looks great in our kitchen it does everything we need it to do. Only complaint is air frying isn't as good as a countertop airfryer. This is our 2nd range (two different manufacturers) that air frying isn't great in so It might just be how it goes or maybe it's operator error.

Cannot yet review product performance - just installed. Metal knobs - easy to clean compared to competitors with plastic that get discolored from hot liquids. Griddle is cast iron - compared to competitor thin, non stick. We have two other Profile appliances with WiFi and it’s an excellent feature. Remote access to turn on, heat, etc….

Love the look of the unit in my kitchen. Like the steam clean feature as the super high heat smell of my previous model would make me sick.

Love this range! Easy to clean, stylish and a workhorse. The stove top grates are super sturdy and hold the heaviest of cooking pots without flexing. The center griddle feature means french toast for everyone all at the same time due to the large size. The oven is amazing! This unit replaced a dual fuel and we were skeptical about how it would perform. We were pleasantly surprised and don't miss the dual fuel one at all!

Multi Purpose Beautiful Range

Wonderful and beautiful range. LOVE this new range, It's easy to use and and appears to be of high quality. Never had a range with air fryer or a center burner so this is great to me. I am now one happy camper in the kitchen!
