Stove top great, oven has issues

Right out of the box the oven fan didn't work, so no air fryer or convection until the circuit board is replaced. Also, the control touchpad "start" needs to be prodded quite a bit before responding.

Awesome range/oven!

This is a great gas range/oven! Burners are spaced so that even several large pans can be used simultaneously on the stovetop. The oven is roomy and large enough to accomodate a large pizza box for warming! Stove top is easy to clean. The wi-fi remote operation feature is great for pre-heating and turning the oven off remotely. The only downside that we've experienced is in the design (a minor thing)...we'd prefer to have a bit of a backsplash, rather than the back being level with the stove top. Other than that, we're very pleased with our purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I am loving this range. I grew up with a gas range, then had electric for the last 20. I decided to invest and had the gas installed, so glad I did. The oven heats quickly, the air fryer works great. And it looks so professional in my kitchen.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Uneven baking

Now that I've used the oven for baking cookies, I'm very disappointed with this range. My old Whirlpool baked evenly. This range overbakes the cookies at the back of the sheet, while the cookies at the front are underdone. Very uneven baking. Also not so easy to clean the way the front is set up; there is a very narrow ledge where crumbs etc. get trapped. Need to use a small clean paintbrush to brush them out--ridiculous. Whoever designed this obviously doesn't do the housecleaning. Mostly upset about the uneven baking.
