Like the higher BTU's on the burners

This stove/oven is doing very well. I like the higher BTU's on the burners compared to my old gas stove. The 4 main burners are all different for the BTU's so you can use which one is best for what you are cooking. I also like the middle oval burner with the cast iron griddle. I am looking forward seeing how the front left burner works this fall for canning. The oven is doing great too. I have baked many different things and they all have baked nice and evenly. Played a bit with the convection/air fry - I am more of any old fashioned cook and baker, but these 2 features so far good. Many options for many different ways to cook and bake. Great product!

For regular cooking and baking this stove is excellent. Unfortunately if I want to air fry or use the convection feature I have to go online and somehow use my phone. But of course it would be helpful if I had an instruction manual but it’s online also and it’s very difficult to read on my phone. If I had known about these requirements I would have never bought this stove.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Perfect Burner Control

This range has the perfect combination of burners and adjustability to manage every type of cooking need from rapid power boiling to a delicate simmer. The grates are heavy and sturdy and the adjustable size burner in the griddle section adds so much flexibility for using the included grill or your own griddle. Love it!
