Always been a gas range fan. When we recently moved our home had an electric range, GE Profile. Had the gas version installed as I am one happy cook again

On the whole, really like this range. Takes some getting used to how it cooks versus my old range but getting there. The one piece I really don’t like is that I had to set up Wi-Fi in order to use the convection roast. That makes no sense to me. And now I can’t disable the Wi-Fi. Haven’t had a chance to try the griddle yet but looking forward to using it.
