Exterior not holding up well

I haven't used the stove much since installation a month ago. Yet, it is already showing scratches (not sure why---the stove hasn't been hit by anything or any utensils etc). It is spotty in the burner tray for no reason. I can't get it clean with soft cloth & mild soap & water. Will have to try a polish, I guess. There are scratches on the dial pad; I'm wondering if it doesn't take much to scratch these surfaces;no one else uses the stove.
Somewhat disappointed with the finish on this pricey stove. A small drip of tomato sauce made a spot on one of the burners & already there's a noticeable unremovable stain on one of the grates. I'm not a messy cook & clean up right away, but it's not holding up as well as it should for the price. Oven cooks well so far. I can't imagine what it will look like in a year.

With that being said, we're sorry to hear that your cooktop has some scratches on the surface. Before using the glass cooktop for the first time, it is recommended to clean it with an approved cooktop cleaner, like Weiman's or CeramaBryte Ceramic Cooktop Cleaner. This helps protect the top and makes cleanup easier. Daily use of this cleaner will also help keep the cooktop looking new. Other cleaning creams may not be as effective. Use of sponges or cleaners other than those recommended can result in damage to the cooktop.
Normal Daily Use Cleaning:
If using the cream version of CeramaBryte® Ceramic Cooktop Cleaner (WX10X300) or kit (WX10X117GCS) which includes cleaning pads and scraper), shake the cleaning cream well and apply a few drops directly to the cooktop. If using the spray version of CeramaBryte® Ceramic Cooktop Cleaner (WX10X391), spray a small amount on the cooking surface. Make sure the surface is cool to the touch.
Use a paper towel or CeramaBryte® Cleaning Pad (WX10X350) to spread the cleaner across the entire cooktop surface or soiled area, applying pressure as needed.
Use a dry cloth or paper towel to remove all cleaning residue. There is no need to rinse; however, it is important that you do not heat the cooktop until the cream has been cleaned off.
If any soil remains, repeat these steps as needed.

Love how the stove cooks!

We love our new stove! It cooks wonderfully. Especially enjoying the air fry feature. Unfortunately the computer module went out and we had an issue with the fan within a few weeks of delivery. (only reason 4 stars instead of 5). The repairman was prompt and efficient and it was fixed very quickly.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This is a great range. We love that the center burner has both round and oval burner for more flexibility. The oven preheats quickly and the power burners quickly bring water to boil. We like that there is an air fry mode and convection bake option. Overally very pleased with purchase.

The stove fits in well with the design of our kitchen. It is very stylish and modern. The oven. size and performance afford us the ability to cook for a large family as well as friends.

Nice range and oven. Had a glitch with installation. Oven wouldn’t turn on. Retailer sent repairman who couldn’t fix. A week later GE repairman came . Oven now works but issue unknown.
