Great Range But Scratches Way too Easy!

We like the Range but are disappointed with how easily it scratches. I would expect a higher end GE Profile product to be more durable.

Poor quality control

1. On day 2, we discovered that the appliance repeatedly resets itself with an "F350 fault set" error when preheating or baking. We believe this to be a fault related to the cooling fan, which does not operate at its low speed setting (confirmed in diagnostic mode). This means it's impossible to bake at low temperature and preheating to a high temperature (when the high speed setting is engaged) requires repeatedly turning the oven back on. Our GE service appointment is a month away.
2. The non-clock parts of the display turn on and off without rhyme or reason. There does not seem to be any logic to when it's off vs on. Is it even supposed to turn off? I don't know.
Other than those issues, the range looks nice and seems to be decently built, except for the storage drawer, which is surprisingly narrow (interior dimensions) and kind of flimsy.
I'm sure that GE appliances will eventually fix these issues, but the fact that a 2 day old appliance, especially at this price point, is even having these sorts of issues speaks to a more worrying problem with manufacturing and quality control.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Purchased because I wanted to change from electric to gas cooking. I am pleased with this range. One disappointment is the air fryer function because it does not have the necessary basket or tray to provide this function. Rather it relies on my purchasing something generic that isn’t specifically made for this particular ove. Other manufacturers do provide such equipment. Also disappointed in the inability to raise the volume of the timer so I can hear it after making the suggested adjustment in the settings. Baking and cooking are functioning well.

No oven light & requires wifi for air fry

It's just stupid to sell a product but not let people use all the features because they don't have Wi-Fi in their area! Buyer beware...you cannot use the air fryer feature on this oven if you don't have wi-fi. You cannot use a hot spot to connect. It's also stupid to make a person open the oven door in order for the light to go on and letting the heat out! Let me guess...you don't cook with your products, you just sell them!

This range is an incredible value given its near professional grade appearance and robust features.
One feature that I didn't consider that big a deal before we bought it was the edge-to-edge grates. These add so much more cooking space that it makes the cooktop seem closer to a 36" cooktop than it does a 30".
The burners have tremendous temperature range and can get really low for warming or delicate simmering. And the Tri-Ring burner is incredible!
The built-in air fryer eliminates the need for a separate countertop appliance, and it works awesome. The true-convection and temp probe round out the oven's capabilities and really come in handy.
I don't know how much we'll find a need to use the Wi-Fi feature. I suppose it might come in handy for some, but I don't seem to have much, if any, need for it.
Overall, we are extremely pleased with this purchase. We have had good luck with our other GE Appliances, and as long as this lasts like the others, we should have no regrets!

GE gas range

I would prefer at least one smaller burner to be in the front of the stove. There is no manual for operating the different features of the stove and oven. If you want it, you have to go online and print the entire manual. I probably won't use the all the features available. A manual should be included.
