Upgraded to GE Profile when purchased the house. The builder charged enormously. Builder made us believe it is a superior appliance for the price.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Solid Smart Oven

We have had no complaints about this oven and range. Heat is consistent and dials are easy to control. The oven itself does make some noise when active but we actually find this noise relieving as it is a small reminder that the oven is on and hot. The ability to control the oven temperature (and pre-heat) via a smart phone is perfect.

I can't say enough good things about this GE profile. Gas range. It's everything you could want and more. It's sleek looking, classy, and so easy to keep clean. The touchpad makes choosing your selection for cooking so easy in. There are so many options for that.
As always, GE made another outstanding appliance.
If I could have given it 10 stars I would have.

Love the different BTU capacities. Center griddle with flat and ribbed surfaces great to use and cleans easily. Stainless looks beautiful.

I purchased this Ge Profile oven to replace my 7 year old (Samsung- insert eye roll here) one that stopped working. I am very happy I landed with the GE Profile. I have never had the air fry function, but now I’m vey happy that I do. Chicken cutlets, pork cutlets, French fries and most of the things I would have fried before are a snap and made much healthier.
Friday pizza nights work great with my steel baking sheet that bakes up the crust nicely.
Oven comes to temp very quickly and I am able to pre heat the oven from the app on my way home from anywhere. I can also check to see if the cooktop is accidentally left on- which is a game changer. The only thing that would be even better would be able to turn off the gas cooktop from the app. Maybe someday that could be done.
The probe takes the guess work out of cooking roasts to perfection I still have more to explore so perhaps I will write another review after more exploration.
The model I have is stainless cooktop and body - leaves little to no fingerprints and the stainless steel cooktop provides easy cleanup. Control panel is high quality pressure sensitive glass unlike others that are made of plastic.
