So far I am really liking this range and all the features. This does have a touchscreen and makes me nervous so I will be considering an extended warranty since I have experienced issues with that in the past.

Mixed Emotions.

I really do have mixed emotions about my new range.
I want to give it 5 stars for the features. I totally love the air fry and the way my steak cooks on the cast iron grill is phenomenal.
The burners are hot and cooks perfectly.
The fact that I can use an accurate thermometer when roasting is fabulous.
I am totally smitten with the app on my phone.
However that’s the end of my joyous rave.
Initially when I received my range the bottom drawer was crooked. I called immediately and they sent out a replacement within a week, that was great.
The reason I only gave three stars is because it scratches so easily. The first night after dinner, when cleaning up, the back left burner slid off and put a mean scratch on the surface.
The little pads that sit under the racks are too small and so if you don’t place the racks slowly and gently on these pads they’ll scratch the heck out off the surface.
The burners stain easily and are not easy to clean.
I have let my burners soak and scrubbed them but the stains cannot be removed.
I also don’t like the exposed wires under the burners, God only knows what will happen if some water boils over and gets in there.
I spent a lot of hard earned money on this range and I believe GE has taken too many shortcuts.
I’ve only had it a couple of months and it already looks like it’s been used for a couple of years.

I was a little concerned when I had to hook both WiFi and bluetooth up, but its sure nice to know I can change my temps on the oven when I am out of town.

The GE profile 30” smart range was such a great purchase for our home. For starters the safety lock touch screen feature puts our minds to rest that our little ones wont accidentally turn on the range we exploring the kitchen like all kiddos do. You get further peace of mind that you have the wifi connectivity that allows me to monitor my range and other GE appliances from the smart HQ app. & comfort GE app for things as simple as is it turned on or not. So when your in a rush and out the door, pulling out of the drive and that “oh snap did i leave the stove on” thought pops into tour head simply put the car in park in your drive way and check your phone via the app if the range is on or not. Now lets discuss the burners. The range top center comes with flat cast iron top to which you can cook eggs and bacon whatever you like really and is great for placing thing on that are on there way into the pots using the adjacent burners. The front left is the hottest and fastest burner having a dual ring so great for high heat and fast searing. The stainless steal finish is easy to clean up after use. The range also comes with a internal thermometer plug which hooks up from inside the range into whatever meat or food you checking the temp on. Did I mention the range has air-fryer capability. All around a great purchase for our family which we will definitely put it to constant rigorous use. GE makes appliances that will last you a life time with proper servicing and care.

Stove burners are large, which is nice. Oven cooks evenly. Haven’t tried the convection or the air fry yet, so I can’t comment. Only issue I have is the oven racks are kind of a pain to slide in & out smoothly.

I wasn't present when oven was delivered. (for second home) Because I could not check the oven, (within 48 hours)I did not get manual, probe or air fryer tray.
