Dead on Arrival

Product was not working right after arival. Display did not turn on. No clear online help for t/s specific issue. Also nothing in the manual described what to expect after plugging the product into the socket. Spend a lot of time figuring out if something is broken or if it is me missing some additional switch. Found out after hours that it was just broken.

Range is loaded with new technology and features. It draws more energy than our previous range and tripped a breaker when we used it and the microwave at the same time. Not a big deal as our electrician is running a line that can handle both.

Hidden not so desireable features

It looks great and I do love it but why do you need to use an app for the air fryer?!?? ridiculous. Also it was much deeper than listed because the specs did not include the hook up. And why is the knob that you have to turn to start the oven via LED??
It is not flush against the wall like my other one was. We had to put a shield so things wouldn't fall behind it.

Regarding the air frying feature, we’re happy to report this can be done via your range. Press the Air Fry pad, then input the desired set temperature and press Start.

Amazing Range with awesome feature

Love all the features and options. It works flawlessly and connected to my internet, provides me with updates on my phone as temperatures are reached. Not really needed, but the cool factor is there.
