Nice looking oven with great features!

We love the overall look and functionality of the range - there are more features than we will likely use! On the constructive side, we have only had the range for a month and already see discoloration on the top in front of the burner from one use and also find the stainless steel scratches very easily. There were a couple of small scratches under the grates after installation and also a small scratch on the top in front of the burner from a bump of a pan.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Touch Pad not Working

We have had this range for about 6 months now, and the touchpad has never quite worked right. The issue is limited to the (4) buttons at the far right of the touchpad. Unfortunately, that included the start button, which makes using the oven a very painful experience.

We first suggest disconnecting power for 2-3 minutes to reset the controls. If the problem persists, we recommend taking advantage of your warranty and scheduling service with a certified GE Appliances technician that will be able to accurately diagnose and repair your appliance. You can do so by calling GE Appliance Service at 1-800-GECares (1-800-432-2737) or by clicking here: https://www.geappliances.com/ge/service-and-support/service.htm
