Exceeded My Expectations

Really high BTU's (21,000) on the left front burner Can get a great sear on foods, no more watery mushrooms. Amazingly low and precise simmer control. I can simmer bone broth all night without worry. The temperature probe is accurate and convenient. No more guessing and worrying about doneness especially on expensive cuts of meat. I really love the long center grill burner, now my pancakes will come out more evenly cooked. Glad we purchased the fingerprint-resistant finish. Stainless steel shows every stain and smudge. Only a couple of minor negative comments: I wish that the grates on top were not so rough and scratchy. Can not use paper towels to wipe clean as they will disintegrate and leave a trail of lint. I find it difficult to slide the racks out of the oven, so I plan on buying one of those easy glide racks. Had this range for about 5 weeks. So far, it has exceeded my expectations.

Well I really love my stove all works great, the only issue I had was it is not easy to pair with my wifi!!! Very difficult to do, you should try to make it easier! But I did get it to work

Just what I wanted

I had a GE profile gas range and it was great but it was black with a glass top and almost impossible to keep clean. This one perfectly fits my requirements. I love the sleek stainless look. The oven temperature seems very accurate. I have used the convection feature to bake a rum from scratch and it looked and tasted as good as it looked. I used the air fry option to make wings and did not have high expectations. Much to my surprise, it worked very well. The insulation on this product is five stars! It holds the heat very well and the temperature in my kitchen barely rises. Three interior non-stick racks make cleaning very easy and they seem to have a smooth glide when changing positions. The new grates are lighter so you do not have to be a weight lifter to clean the cook top. I also love that they are dishwasher safe. I have to mention the center eye. I love love love it. I can use my oblong roasting pan on it for my chicken and dumplings.
I look forward to using the probe when I cook my rib roast. This range has made my life in the kitchen much easier. Thank you GE!

Perfect replacement

We had an older model of the same. It was tired and needed replacement. we love the new features and especially the control panel on front. the newer designed burners are awesome too.
