This is a great range. I love that the controls face the front, rather than top of the stove; less splatter gets on it.
The one thing I didn’t get with this range was the easy glide racks. Wish that was an option.

Why Is App Necessary?

Love everything except that if you want to use any of the oven features other than simple bake you need to download the Smart HQ app, which does absolutely nothing. So I have a useless app taking up memory on my device just to enable the convection or airfry features on the oven, not to actually do anything with it. The upside of the app not controlling anything is the cloud service isn't dependable.

So happy to have a gas stove with so many features

I switched from electric to gas during my remodel… I really wanted the controls in front but, didn’t want the WiFi or air fryer… this was the only model that had the controls I wanted along with the WiFi and air fryer… I’m happy to say that It worked out this way… I can manage from my phone plus I don’t have another appliance on my counter… This is a win win for me… The only thing is that the top inside I’ve door is a running of the paint for the mfg…

What a great gas oven / stove!

We didn't realize how bad our last stove / oven was until we started using this one. We look forward to learning all the ways to improve our cooking! I did buy a silicone protector pad for the area just above the knobs to keep it looking brand new, because it is in a vulnerable area that might get dented from pans etc.

Just Love My New Range!! Air Fryer is Awesome, griddle & grill WOW! This replaced a Older GE Profile ( 20year old one). I can clear out my cabinets getting rid of air fryer, electric griddle. Best purchase we’ve made very satisfied. Will probably never eat out again

My new beautiful profile was only one week old when I accidentally boiled over sticky grapes when making jelly. I was horrified!! I just knew that I ruined the finish and probably had grape jelly down inside the ring workings. But no. I grabbed hot pads and easily moved the grates, mopped up what I could. With just an extremely water wet rag, I wiped up the grape juice - easily!! No stain! Then as the ring cooled, I removed and realized that I could clean up and around every inch and nothing was able to drip inside! And this was a major boil-over of at least 2-3 cups of sugar juice. I was literally laughing as I cleaned - so happy I had not ruined my beautiful powerhouse stove.

All the cooking features in one appliance! Great stove burner versatility with an impressive 5000 to 21,000 BTU on the large burner so simmering or boiling water is super-fast. Built in oven probe is a plus too! Downloaded the app so I can see if I turned the oven off.
