Product manual is too brief, for ex., doesn't cover uses of different burner BTUs for cooking, or adequate trouble-shooting. Our range kicked into "sabbath mode" on its own, locking us out of using oven, & we needed to call GE for technician visit help

GE Oven with Air Fryer

The oven is GREAT! No complaints at all and having that air fryer built in is wonderful. The burners: There are 4 around and the griddle in the middle has a low and high setting. The 4 around is what I am having an issue with. Three of them are for high powered cooking. There should be only two high powered cooking. It seems I cook everything on medium or low.
