Love this GE Profile range!

The burner layout is highly functional, the knobs are out of the way of the cooking surface, and the design is sleek. I really love the GE Connect option, which paired my GE Profile microwave with this range. The convection baking option is awesome for making 3 batches of cookies simultaneously! Also - the oven is whisper-quiet. My previous gas oven was very noisy when in use.

First oven didnt work out of the box

Our first oven was delivered and our oven didnt work from the initial setup. Also, the meat probe housing wasnt even fastened to the oven correctly. The installer said, and I quote, "oh wow, thats pretty bad"...QA checks need to be more thorough prior to leaving the plant, which will contribute to a more positive customer experience. Also stickers for the serial number/product number are crooked. Really? That is the easiest thing you will do prior to the product leaving the plant, so atleast take some pride in that so that the consumer feels that their new product they purchased doesnt start with quality concerns because folks couldnt align a sticker properly.

Work horse appliance

We received this range right before the covid-19 event and have used it every day since. I love the 3 racks in the oven, the range of power of the burners—from summer to rapid boil. We have cooked everything from homemade bread to chicken wings & it does great.

Love it! but disappointed in lack of tech features

Very nice features and High end look
Upgraded from my 9 year old basic Profile range to this. Fantastic performing and love the look. Like the Wifi capable, however it only works/connects on the oven, not the stove top. For so much, it should be able to check if stove top gas is one, or be notified if gas on but no flame. These are safety features GE should have thought of. Voice notification suggested (like cars that talk when car door open or lights left on)

This range is so nice and easy to use. One word of caution when connecting to Wi-Fi. It can only connect to 2.4Ghz Wi-Fi. Took us a while to realize that, but we got it working.

Great looking range just one issue so not 5 stars

The range is gorgeous and made such a change in the kitchen. Love the interchangeable center rack/grate. Top burners work great. I chose this Range for the knobs being out in the front and not sitting on top. So glad that I did. They are not in the way so I can slide pans across the grates without having to worry that I will hit them. My only issue is that after two weeks my oven stopped working after I ran the clean cycle. Waiting for service to come look at it and see what happened. For the price of this range I did not expect this to happen in two weeks of use. The only thing I wish this oven had was the roll/glide oven racks. I have had those before and they are wonderful.
