I bought this product about a month ago and have used it everyday since installation. The roast function produced exceptionally juicy and crisp chicken drumsticks. I have baked a bread/dip appetizer on regular baking function. I've used the griddle to cook bacon so far and it worked great. The range is exceptional. I have had an issue with the center burner lighting - I have used a grill lighter to light) - but I haven't actually called anyone about it yet but I expect I'm probably just need to do something different. I haven't had any issues with scratching the grates and it's easy to clean (you should read about how to clean cast iron for the griddle if you haven't used it before). The control panel is easy to use and I read previous reviews where the knobs and control panel are "touchy". I have young children and they do want to touch the panel but they have left it alone once I told them to do so. This wouldn't deter me in making my decision to purchase and I have really loved this stove so far. I will update the review once I've actually tried the self-cleaning function.

Recent remodel on our home with new GE appliances for the kitchen. This gas range is wonderful. Love the grill area and the larger burners for large pots. The oven cooks evenly and consistently. Very roomy oven. Love the black stainless.

Easy to control burner strength

I have only had this range a week but we have used many features. The oven temperature seems even and the racks move easily. Haven't tried the convection feature yet. The dual burner works wonderfully! I was able to brown chicken breasts on medium high and then turn down to the inner burner to continue to cook them with added sauce. It also worked great browning hamburger then simmering chili. Griddle made great pancakes once we read that you have to preheat the griddle for 10 minutes.

Beautiful range

This beautiful oven/range replaces 23 yr old GEProfile range. Love the quality and size of the range grates. I almost returned it due to the fit. Even with the spacer bar installed, it is still .5 inches from the wall due to the position of the bump out in the back hitting electric plug; and I will need a handyman to install a .5 inch piece of metal to the wall to make up the difference. The delivery people left with it being almost 3 inches from wall and didn't install spacer bar or even suggest it. Our gas man positioned it better and installed spacer. I'm looking forward to using the built in thermometer, easy cleaning, and other features.
