GE Profile Gas Range

The GE Profile gas range is the best. We hesitated to buy it, but well worth it. It looks great in my kitchen. I love the true convection oven. My cake cooked beautifully. I am anxious to try a roast. The fingerprint resistant cooktop cleans up great. I just tried the griddle with French toast and fried eggs. Both cooked really well. I will be using the griddle more often. I have yet to try the grill side. Also have not used the prob yet.

This stove looks really rich an functions SO much better than our old stove. I hate to admit it but our favorite feature is using the app and Alexa to turn on/off the oven!

I bought this product about a month ago and have used it everyday since installation. The roast function produced exceptionally juicy and crisp chicken drumsticks. I have baked a bread/dip appetizer on regular baking function. I've used the griddle to cook bacon so far and it worked great. The range is exceptional. I have had an issue with the center burner lighting - I have used a grill lighter to light) - but I haven't actually called anyone about it yet but I expect I'm probably just need to do something different. I haven't had any issues with scratching the grates and it's easy to clean (you should read about how to clean cast iron for the griddle if you haven't used it before). The control panel is easy to use and I read previous reviews where the knobs and control panel are "touchy". I have young children and they do want to touch the panel but they have left it alone once I told them to do so. This wouldn't deter me in making my decision to purchase and I have really loved this stove so far. I will update the review once I've actually tried the self-cleaning function.
