Great features

Great stove/oven. You can actually turn the burners to low and they stay on, so unlike all of my other stoves where you turned it down and bam you smell gas as the flame would go out.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The stove fan was not working on the convection feature and kept turning off. Had to have service call first time I used

Functions well, some details missed

Range and oven look nice overall and seem to function well. Disappointed in range grated which have already lost coating, center burner looks to have metal defect, bottom drawer is flimsy. Given price don’t think theses things should come up

This model is good looking. It has good flames. Features are easy to use. The only thing about this model are the the grills, they are very heavy and their design make them very difficult to clean. Overall, it works well, oven bakes really good. I recommend this product.

Oven inop after 14 days of use

When you spend a significant amount of money on an appliance because you want to use it for baking and general cooking and the manufacture has you believe theirs is the best, you'd expect it to last a very long time without any problems. Well this GE Profile series, and maybe just mine, stopped working after just 14 days of use. I cannot recommend it, and I will not in my foreseeable future purchase GE branded appliances. Not only was this expensive, but now I have to pay more to get it serviced and repaired...what a worthless piece of equipment.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Stopped working second day

The first day we used the oven the fan was making a fairly loud noise. Subsequently when we tried to use the oven it would shut off and reset whenever reaching approximately 170 degrees. Service tech indicated that all components of the oven would need to be replaced; fan, control board, wiring harness.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Excellent- looks neat and operates top notch. clean gas, efficient. - not only the cooking but baking is excellent. My wife made a delicious roast..., very tasty and well balanced.

Oven will not heat

We had this range installed on March 27th. Did not try using this BRAND NEW, EXPENSIVE appliance until tonight, the 29th only to find the oven will not stay on during the pre heat stage. We spent a lot of money replacing all kitchen appliances with GE Profile, including this gas range. I just sent an email to support asking for a replacement NOT a repair. We purchased a brand new unit and expect a brand new FUNCTIONING and USABLE appliance. Having it repaired after no use at all is not a repair, we have been sold a defective appliance and want it replaced with a BRAND NEW range! Our profile dishwasher is not yet hooked up but I certainly hope we have better luck when we try to use that!
Very disappointed after spending our hard earned money on an appliances that was/is defective out of the box!
I would recommend this product depending how GE handles this situation. It is very nice in appearance and has great options. However, we have yet to be able to use it to cook with
