Failed within 2 weeks of installation

Failed within 2 weeks of professional installation, 2nd time using the oven to bake and 8 minutes into it starting turning on and off by itself, all the screen would turn off then on, then off then on and so on (while turning off the oven fan was turning off, so it was not only the screen), we clicked the off button but didn’t work; had to disconnect it.
Added picture when the screen was turning all on.
Also the operation of the oven’s vent is very loud.

This Gas range inspired the family to explore world cuisine. Definitely worth the money! The airfry feature is awesome and the build quality is unbeatable! I can't wait to save up for the matching microwave/vent GE Profile!
