Convection oven needs help

The range and burners work very good. Very disappointed with the convection setting. Does not cook throughly.

I love my gas range. Cooks evenly. Good heat. Love the center griddle, switch is also a single
burner. Cooked my 1st turkey in this range with probe, uncovered and was ready in 2 hours! Great!

The “best” stove I have ever owned!

I love the stove features, the size of the oven, the steam clean feature, and
the 5 burner cooktop. The cooktop burners are easy to regulate and maintain an even temperature. The griddle is great for cooking Sunday breakfast!

Nice range - hard to keep clean

I am switching from a dual fuel to a full gas, which requires some adjustments on my part that I will not assign fault to the new range. I LOVE the range of firepower on the burners; able to simmer at a very low pace all the way to boiling water faster than I ever have before. I have high hopes for the middle burner, but only used it once to try to make bacon on the griddle, which failed because the griddle isn't wide enough to fit a full piece of bacon sideways, fit only four wide, and it made a complete mess of the cooktop. Not worth the mess. I can see pancakes, French toast, or a grilled cheese being completely successful. I am still adjusting to a full gas oven, but with modifications to my cooking style, I'm enjoying it. Preheating is more important than ever for even cooking. I love the warming feature option and convection is the bomb. I also am excited about getting the probe temp feature, though I haven't used it yet. The bottom drawer seems flimsy and not up to the quality of the rest of the range.

Good overall appliance

We are solid GE people having had a number of new appliances over the years. GE is dependable and very well designed. We wanted to go gas all the way and bought a new stove after 8 years so as to eliminate the electric oven and so far we are very happy with the product. It is sleek, efficient and very handsome.
