Mixed feelings

This range has some amazing features I am in love with the cast iron griddle. However the quality of the finish is very poor I’ve Already exchanged the stove 3 times because of cracking in Porcelain in the top. This issue still has not been corrected it’s been about a month waiting for part so far hopefully GE can get it right. Also we had to change the oven over to propane and in process my husband found missing screws and other parts that were loose or not installed correctly on the stoves that were exchanged. I’m still waiting on my dishwasher ugh.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this Range

After 24 years, we had to retire our old GE Profile range. It was the smooth top electric and we were quite used to it, but we are super happy with this model. The oven controls are touch screen which is in sleep mode until touched. Once on, the display is clear and intuitive. The three racks inside are perfect for us as we make a lot of cookies! The bottom drawer was a must for us since we like to store the baking sheets and pans in there rather than in our cabinets. It also came with the flat grill which we didn't expect. The controls are all easily within reach. Overall, a fairly sturdy range.
