Have had range for approx. a month now. Easy to use features. Stylish design. Range top very functional. Excellent burner variety and placement. At this price point GE should include some form of decorative edging to cover gap between range and counter top. Also oven racks are difficult to move in and out of oven. Otherwise very happy with this range.
I would recommend this to a friend!

The features are great and easy to use. We put the cooktop and oven to the test on Thanksgiving. The oven capacity easily handled an 18 lb. turkey and side dishes. Overall very pleased with the performance, looks and the easy installation process.

Massive heat!

First off.. tri-ring 21,000btu burner. AWESOME heat and puts all other "power burners" to shame. This was really does its job. Continuous cooktop and slide in design is sleek and beautiful. The oven cooks perfectly in both conventional bake and convection modes, even perfect temp. Installation was a breeze.. well done GE. You hit this one out of the park!

functionally perfect/design flawed

I was looking for a stainless steel top range and I found it in this model. I am very pleased with its performance do far. However, I am thinking it was designed by a person who has never cooked. Why those big heavy grates, when 4 individual ones are better? Why are the 2 large burners in the front, instead of staggered, i.e., one in front and the other in the back? The central (5th) burner is a something I will never use: too bad this stove isn't made with an optional 5th burner. The griddle is a lethal weapon: it is too heavy. Otherwise, the appliance works perfectly so far, has great eye appealand is easy to keep clean, (except for those big grates)
