We had a problem that was with our gas supply. The service company was able to give advise without making a service call which we would have been charged for since it wasn’t GE issue.

The back of the stove is not deep enough. With the gas line in back, the range will not side to the wall. There is about a two inch gap.

I’ve only had this range a few weeks but like it a lot so far. I did not want a “fancy” range and probably will never hook up the WiFi. My biggest complaint is the timer doesn’t alarm loud enough to hear unless I’m in the kitchen. My other complaint is the oven pre heat takes quite a while. The stove has been converted to propane and I don’t know if that is part of the problem. I have not cleaned the oven or used the convection settings so I don’t know how well they work. I absolutely love the gas burners and the grill. The grill heats quite evenly. I’ve only used it once but was impressed.

I love the look of the range as well as the feel of the knob operation. The selection of burners is also great, depending on what size pan or what is cooking.
