Love how powerful and functional this range is but it already looks far older than than its four months given how easily the metal scratches.

Purchased and unit started power cycling within a week. Worse GE does not stand behind their products.

We'd first suggest disconnecting power for 2-3 minutes to reset the controls on your range. If the problem persists, we recommend taking advantage of your warranty and scheduling service with a certified GE Appliances technician that will be able to accurately diagnose and repair your appliance. Like the product. Only problem is the gap between the back wall and the rear of the range. Need to get a gap filler since range cannot go all the way back which we have to pay for and they are not cheap

two months old / oven broke!

After just over two months of having this, the oven stopped working. We now have been without an oven for a month. I would love to tell you more about it but am just so upset that I spent all this money, did research and expected better. The service is so hard to get.

Glass shattered after 2nd use!

Love my new range! It looks great and it actually heats up, however after the second use the interior glass shattered, leaving me with out a working oven. Manufacturers defect? GE offered me a $50 gift card though. Yay!!!

Oven not working after 8 days

Awful! Oven not working after 8 days - turns on bbut won’t fully preheat - shuts down! Technician was here today and I need a brand new control/user panel for my 8 day old stove!
I will NEVER purchase a GE priduct again!

Works well.Except Wi-Fi has to be on. That sucks.

We don’t understand why we have to have Wi-Fi to use air fryer. Please, if there is a way to override this feature, please let us know. It’s one of the reasons I bought the oven and now cant use air fry or convection roast.

The range came out really nice. I love the burner functions. Only issue is when you clean the range be very careful removing and putting back the grates as they scratch the strain less steel really fast…
