Hay muchas variables que pueden afectar el enfoque de tu cámara de la manera que esperas. Ten en cuenta que la iluminación, la resolución, y la posición y distancia del sujeto pueden influir en la calidad de la imagen. Envíanos un correo electrónico a tech@swann.com para que puedan ayudarte a identificar el problema que estás experimentando. Para ayudarte mejor, por favor llámanos al 1-800-627-2799 cuando estés frente al producto Swann. Estamos disponibles de lunes a viernes de 8:30 a.m. a 5:00 p.m., hora del Pacífico.
