Resolution not up to expectations.

Thank you for reaching out to us and sharing your feedback. We are sorry to hear about your most recent experience with our Tracker Security Camera. The camera has 3 different settings for streaming quality; low, medium, and high. If you are having problems streaming you can lower the settings and test to see if it improves. Note that lowering the stream settings does not affect the quality of the recordings. If you have very fast upload speeds, you can set your camera to high, but if your upload speed is not that good, then we recommend you use medium or low for the streaming setting.

If this does not help, please contact our support team with your internet upload and download speeds. Your feedback will be shared with our development teams.

Tracker Camera cant upload to Swann Storage Cloud

The camera can only store the video clips on the inserted 32 sd card. so if a burglar takes the camera you wont have any evidence of the Robbery. Also the cameras QR CODE needed to pair the Camera is located on a Sticker on the Cameras base but it RUBS COMPLETELY OFF in a Warm Room. So then you cant pair the Camera. Not Compatible with the Swann subscription Cloud.

This camera only offers local storage. Due to the size of the camera, it is expected that this camera is placed in an area where it is not easily seen. If your QR code is not readable or comes off, we ask that you reach out to a member of our support team and request this information. The QR code specifically for your camera can also be found in the original packaging. If you have any issues with setting up your camera, please reach out to a member of our technical support team when you are in front of the unit. Swann tracker

Not a good unit. The swifi worked better for a year then stopped working so i switched to this one & i can no longer see the previews of the videos with the rest of the cameras. You have to go to the settings now to see the time stamp of videos with no preview. Also you have no access on a computer to view your cameras.

Probably not the cameras fault more like the app, the frame rate is very slow and jerky
