Unable to Connect to WiFi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately I was not able to connect this device to my WiFi network. It could be user error but I can usually figure things like this out. I have tried a few different times with no luck. I tried the Support section on the app and looked briefly in the FAQs for people with the same issue but had no luck. I plan to call Customer Service and see if they can assist but haven't had time. Really excited to get this camera working!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Couldn't Connect to Network

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Unfortunately I am not able to connect the camera to my WiFi network. It could be user error but I am usually pretty good about figuring this stuff out. I went to the Support section on the app and briefly browsed the FAQs for a similar issue but had no luck. I plan to call customer service but haven't had time. I am really excited to get this camera up and running. After looking around in the app, even with the camera not connected, it looks like it has great features.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's not as easy to install for someone like me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start off by saying that I am not at all tech savvy. I couldn't install this by myself, I had to have help. I honestly expected a little more out of the camera. It had a long delay/lag time. I do however like that it has tracking and speaker. It definitely gets the job done, I just wish that it was easier for someone who isn't tech savvy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not bad but not very good either

I purchased this camera as it was recommended bc of the great price for the features. It is a great camera compared to others I have seen/used on the market however I believe the software is very basic and can only be viewed from mobile devices. I have extremely good internet service however the video and talk function do not always work right off. Also the playback function will not work at all. The night vision feature only works on the highest video quality setting. I tried to find computer software to see if it would be better but haven't found anything. The camera itself is pretty good quality and build for the price but I don't understand why it will not function as smooth as advertised. I still feel it is a great deal for the money but I could never use it to truly monitor as a security cam as it is unreliable about 50% of the time. If you are someone that monitors continuously it the functions seem to get better if the longer you are watching but checking in from time to time has become frustrating. Hopefully there are software improvements that can possibly be made to work better with the hardware. It seems like it could have great potential to be the best on the market. If you are serious about getting a camera for true security I would not recommend this one.

I bought this 2 pack of Tracker from Swann and they DO NOT work!!! Ihave tried to find out how to get help to return them but nothing but a run a round!

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I installed the camera to keep an eye on my dog while I am not home. The picture quality was excellent and the LED light front of the camera informs you on what is happening with the device. I downloaded the Swann security app and create an Swann security account to connect it to WiFi network. The set up to monitor was easy activity thru smartphone. I can control camera thru the app. I highly recommend this product. I can't wait to get one for the exterior.
