Returning for refund

Purchased a month ago and performance was acceptable. ON weekend started disconnecting and spend over 30 minutes with support but no resolution. Reinstalled App with some success as I can now see the camera but push notifications were taking over an hour to appear. Today I've been walking around the house for an hour in the "Away" mode and am yet to receive a single notification. Yes all settings are set to "push notifications". Very frustrating not knowing if it is the App or the camera but is useless in it's current state.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
