[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This camera is one of the best security cameras I have used. I have Blink, Ring and Furbo. The pan, tilt and zoom options are awesome. The picture quality is perfect. This is super easy to use. The videos are saved on an SD card (not included). The two-way talk function works great and is handy for checking in on your pets and messing with your kids. And the super loud alarm will really drive your kids crazy if you so desire. Or it could scare away an intruder. It definitely makes me feel safer especially with kids at home. Pretty much this a great camera and it’s at the top of my suggestions when I’m asked about security cameras.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This security camera is very cool! It is pan and tilt so you can go up and down and side to side.You can remotely control what you see. You can change the camera view with your phone.it has 110 degree viewing angle to help reduce blind spots.It has free cloud and local recording. You can playback video clips.It has two way talk back through the audio app so it lets you check in on people pets and intruders.You connect to wi-fi and power.you can set push notifications to be alerted to activity. overall this is a really really good security camera to have!!!

I bought this a month ago and found to be a useless crap.The pan tilt keeps rotating even if you stop. On an iphone the the pan tilt arrows all will get covered with your thumb.You can't see wht you are doing
Good for monitoring a room, shed or garage. Outdoor event under shelter. Had a few seconds delay though. If you have lots of videos clips can take ages to delete. Might be better to upgrade the card to a video camera high speed dual able one to get better performance. Still easy to set-up I found too.

We have had this installed for about three weeks and it is not up to swanns quality. The microphone is poor. The app control is not really user friendly

Useless, constantly goes offline.

I've had this product about 3 months and constant problems. Regularly goes offline so have had to delete and add again. Unable to connect to my phone multiple occasions. Last went offline 4 days ago and despite reinstalling the device & starting from scratch will not connect. Tech support unable to assist. Absolutely useless and paid a hefty price for what is now just a dust collector.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Live mode no sound

When using live mode , there is no sound at all , sometime have sound but no screen , is that a bug from the app or what ?

Mine is just 12months old, constantly generating clips but never catching anything, then it disconnects its self after it alerts me of human detection. The pan and tilt movement is too sensitive! My list could go on. Dont waste your money!

PIR sensors work optimally when the camera is mounted around looking down somewhat and the subject of detection passes across their front. The more the object must "cross" the front of the camera the better the detection reliability. When placing your camera try to avoid situations where the subject would move straight toward the camera if possible.
