I have purchased two 8 wired CB camera systems, 4 solar outdoor cameras, 6 water leak wifi sensors and 4 indoor pan and tilt cameras. I am a pleased customer in regards to the support, monitoring audio, video and live viewing. I enjoy having the outdoor cameras set to have their spotlights come on 24/7 when someone visits. I also enjoy turning on each siren to deter unwanted strangers who visit thr property. The quality of the products is excellent. I recommend Swann to everyone. I researched other distributors and feel that I made a great choice for quality and service.

We purchased the Pan & Tilt Security Camera with 2-Way Talk, Siren & Heat + Motion Detection and I wanted to use it a while before I gave my review. We mounted it high up and it gives a clear view of our downstairs allowing us to keep a close eye on our German Shepherd and Golden Retriever. This is our third Swan camera and it was really a no brainer when it came to buying this one. We really like our first two bought at least six years ago and still going strong. Swan I’m a huge fan!

This device is used for an area under my residence where the panning and tilting feature makes it perfect for checking on my dogs.
It's also extends the coverage I have with my existing 8 fixed camera system.
I have the flexibility of moving it anywhere at any time.

Poorest quality picture & jerky controls

I bought 2 cameras yesterday to replace my old Swann pan/tilt cameras as I was experiencing difficulty with the P/T control function. Luckily, I didn’t take down the old models, nor delete the app as I’ll be returning these today for a full discount.
The primary reason is the picture quality, which, even on the highest setting is grainy and unclear. (Yes - I did take the plastic shipping cover off the lens). And to make matters worse the control functionality is jerky and very slow to respond, even although my internet speed is very fast (95/40)
I found it almost impossible to set the camera up with the field of view I was trying to achieve even on my iPad so can’t imagine how much more difficult it would be on my phone.
I would have given this product zero stars if it was possible.

Setup is simple and fast as well as pain free, you simply download the app sign up, plug the camera in, and sync up then your all set. Through the app you can adjust just about anything to your needs video quality, duration, notifications, sensitivity, you can even setup the camera to pick up sound even if there isn't any movement. You can also watch live feed as well as move the camera up down and left to right to see what's there. You get the camera, power cord,a bunch of stickers in multiple languages, and mounting hardware. All in all I feel this is a great device
