Absolute garbage

Worked for a while. Now it just clicks between night view and day view even though the light level isn't changing. Unplugged it before it annoyed me anymore.

fiddly and non compatible

we needed to add cameras to our existing security system, thought by buying the updated model of the same camera we would be safe..... alas you need a new app to view and the old camera isnt compatible. Both new cameras were fiddly to pair, but worked ok once we got through the frustrations.... a firmware upgrade for the old camera to adapt to the new app would make life a lot easier

NO Features

Missing critical features. No TV monitor capability, No motion sensor or zones, No capability with wifi hard drives monitor software doesn't match with any other devices.

Thank you for your feedback. This security camera uses a micro SD to help reduce costs to our consumers. It also uses True Detect technology that records motion with heat, thus drastically reducing storage needs. This camera can connect to Wi-Fi & all you need to do is download the Swann Security app to get started without the need to pair it to other devices. Please visit our support page if you need assistance.
This camera freezes a lot, experiences severe lag, and goes offline constantly. It only corrects after unplugging it and plugging it back in, which defeats the purpose of a remote viewing.
