I do like like it’s small form factor, but that’s about where it ends. It’s tilt function can be a little finicky sometimes, it can’t seem to accurately remember ANY of its presets and the IR filter keeps getting stuck so I have to reboot the camera.

Good but slow to sent notifications

I bought this product based on the specifications, in practical use it is basically useless. The resolution is low, the response to control takes minutes which makes it practically useless. My WiFi signal is consistent 100mbit, I know my way around a network and there is no reason it should be this slow. Complete waste of money.

We are sorry to hear about your experience with your product. There are many variables as to why you might be experiencing these issues. If you are having problems streaming you can lower the settings and test to see if it improves. Note that lowering the stream settings does not affect the quality of the recordings. If you have very fast upload speeds you can set your camera to high, but if your upload speed is not that good then we recommend you use medium or low for the streaming setting.
