Clunky operation

Lasted 2 years before IR camera gave up

This device lasted just 2 years before the infra red camera started 'blooming' during low light / night time vision. This impacted vision and an audible clicking can be heard as the IR camera switches on and then off constantly. The camera vision goes from black night to a brilliant white bloom on the screen the black again repeatedly. I contacted Swann Support who advised to get a new camera. Pity a better quality IR camera could not be used but I guess this would add to the device price.
