Solar Panel won'tcharge

I have the Allsecure650, have also purchased 2 solar panels (swifi solar Gen 2) 1 mounted out back and 1 mounted at the front of house. Both full sun, No obstructions, both do not charge the batteries. I need to replace the batteries on all 4 cameras approx. every 3-4 days. Battery life is poor and solar panels are useless. Technical support provided NO support, asked me to unplug and plug back in.

Worth buying

I purchased 1 wireless camera and solar about 2 years ago and I wanted to wait to give it a review. I have not had a single problem with them. They charge great they were easy to install. Since then, I have purchased 3 more. I live in California, so when the rain comes, it comes pouring and when the heat comes, it is drenched hot, and all of them have survived. By this time, I pray Swan will just sponsor me lol and send me another wireless camera and sola. Just joking, but definitely the wireless camera in this solar is totally worth the buy.
