We have really enjoyed this coffee pot. The first one we had to return because the K cup dispenser lid would fastener securely and would lose a connection while dispensing the coffee. We exchanged it for same one. The only issue we have had with this one is the brew button seems to not have a good connection when I hit the brew button for brewing or using it to set the auto on. Other than that it has been a good coffee pot and we are pleased.

Did not work after two weeks of owning took back. The single cup would fill you cup with coffee grounds and the slowest we’ve ever owned.

Love it. I don't like that when removing the filter from the full pot side that water runs down the back. This would not stop me from purchasing it though. Love the single cup side, love the different warming temps and that it doesn't require lots of counter space. Nice looking.

Overall, the machine works great. There are two areas that could use improvement. One, when you open the cover, water drips down the back of the machine. You almost have to hold a towel under the lid to capture the water. Second, it is somewhat difficult to fill. You have to reach over the single serve side to add water into a small opening for the full pot reservoir. The single serve should be on the left side. Even if you approach from the left side and use your left hand, it is still awkward to fill.
