I think with using the k cup so much the lid will break off it since it’s plastic besides that it’s a really good coffee maker I love it

I have only had this unit a couple of weeks but I’m so happy with my purchase. It’s so nice to have the option to have a single serving when the pot is empty also the saving of counter space is a big plus.
The only drawback I have found was user error when I first went to pull the unit out to refill the water I hit the power switch (located on the lower side), it took a little while of unplugging and rereading the manual before I noticed what I had done.

I bought this a few weeks ago & I am absolutely thrilled with the convenience I have with it! I am a big coffee drinker , hubby not so much! I have it set to make our coffee so that its ready when we get up! We enjoy that pot in the morning. Then when I want coffee in the afternoon or evening , Single serve! I love it & would recommend it to anyone that is a real coffee lover!

My husband and I bought this product as a Christmas gift to ourselves. We previously had a coffee maker and Keurig and were looking for a machine that could do both. We found it! The Cuisinart satisfies my need for brewed coffee and my husband's desire for single-serve pods poured over ice. And I also love that the reservoir for the single serve side is self contained so the water does not sit and get slimy or grow bacteria. This is a flaw of the Keurig. The only quirky drawbacks this machine has are that when you open the lid on the brewing side to add more water, the condensation from the previous brew drips all down the back of the machine and all over the counter. Because of this I have to pull the unit out from the wall every time and mop up the water that collects on the counter. Also, on the single-serve side, the spigot is too far from the mug and sputters so you do end up with coffee (or hot water) that spits out on to the backdrop and counter. To resolve this, I use a shallow plastic bowl turned upside down to prop up my mug when brewing on that side so that the spigot doesn't have far to spray — very nit picky things but hopefully things that can be addressed in future releases of this product. Overall, we love this machine. I brew Starbucks coffee and it has been consistently smooth every time.

We are enjoying the combination/versatility of this product. The water container for the carafe is a bit tricky to fill, but not a huge problem. For the single serve side, we have noticed grounds in the cup occasionally and there is a bit of splatter around the machine during filling. All in all, we are happy to have purchased this product.
